What we do
Three things, straightforward or complex.
Eight ways we fund them. Three ways we advise.
Commercial property purchases, rooming houses and business acquisitions lead the work; development, restructure and SMSF sit beside them. Every engagement starts the same way, with your Action Plan. A straightforward file usually touches one of the eight. A complex one touches two or three at once, and the plan tells you which.
30 minutes with Priyank, at no cost. We review your position and discuss how we will approach funding your deal. No lender sees anything until you say so.
The finance
Pick the one that sounds like your position.
Every engagement draws on the whole market: major banks, non-bank lenders and private credit, chosen by fit, with private pathways used when timing, gearing or policy demands it.

Business acquisition consultancy

You don’t need to know.
That is the point of the Action Plan. Bring the position, and the work tells us which disciplines it needs. Most of what we do sits across several at once. A business purchase with a freehold attached and three existing facilities is not one service, it is four.

Straight answers
Before you pick one.
How do I know which of these I need?
You don't have to work that out before you call. Every engagement starts the same way, with your Action Plan: thirty minutes with Priyank, after which you know which of these applies to your position and whether it is fundable. A straightforward file usually touches one of these; a complex one touches two or three at once.
What is the difference between the finance work and the consultancy?
The finance work arranges the funding. The consultancy is advice on the deal itself, before any lender sees it: whether the price is right, how the purchase should be structured, what the feasibility actually shows, and what due diligence turns up. Buyers often use the consultancy first and the finance second, but neither requires the other.
Can one engagement cover more than one of these?
Yes, and it usually does. Buying a business and buying the premises it trades from is one transaction to you but two different lender appetites, two security positions and often two lenders. Structuring them together, rather than sequentially, is normally what changes the deposit.
What size transactions do you work on?
Business and commercial transactions from $400,000 to $10 million and above, Australia wide. Below $400,000 the structuring work rarely pays for itself, and we will say so rather than take the file.
Do you charge for the finance work?
Yes, on the work we take on, and we publish what it costs. Everything up to and including your Action Plan meeting is at no cost to you. Our fee is quoted in writing before you decide, and if we do not secure the offer set out in your Action Plan it is refunded in full.
