Client stories
What the work actually looks like.
Two files written up end to end: what the lender said, what we changed, and what it took. Figures are as the clients reported them, published with their permission.
Thirty minutes with Priyank. No application, and no lender sees anything until you say so.
The files
Two stories, in full.
The bank declined it. The bank’s own policy said yes.
$2,128 a month the servicing shortfall the assessor recorded, closed without supplying a single document the assessor had asked forA family trust purchase with a signed contract and a deposit already paid. The lender said capacity to service was not evident. The answer was on page 49 of that lender’s own credit policy. It settled on the contract date.

$200,000 off the purchase price, negotiated before any lender was approachedSimarpreet Singh runs Singh Car Repairs in Melbourne. The brokers he called could not read a workshop’s numbers. Price first, structure second, lender last. His home settled, and the workshop settled ten days later.
Read the story →How we publish these
Rules we hold ourselves to.
Permission first
Nothing is published until the client has read it and agreed to it. Where a story would identify someone who did not want identifying, details are removed or the story is not published at all.
No lender is named
Every one of these files was decided by people doing a job under pressure, and naming the institution adds heat without adding proof. The argument is with the reading of a file, never with a brand.
Figures as reported
Numbers come from the client, from a published review, or from the file itself, and we say which. None of these is a representation of a typical result, because there is no typical file.
Every transaction depends on its own facts, structure, security position and the lender’s criteria at the time. Past outcomes on other files say nothing about what a lender will do with yours. Subject to lender criteria and eligibility. Prevail Finance Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 509527.
More proof
The shorter version.
Fifty-plus five-star Google reviews, and a list of what clients say we found that they were not expecting: policy exceptions, corrected valuations, approvals inside 48 hours, money taken off contracts.
Next step
Your file is not either of these.
Which is the point. Bring yours and you will know inside thirty minutes whether it is fundable, and what it would take. No application, no credit enquiry, and no lender sees anything until you say so.
